Me he dedicado siempre a trabajos que tienen como valor intrínseco la comunicación. Ya haya sido de cara al público en un bar en pleno centro de Madrid o haciendo encuestas por toda Extremadura carretera adelante. También me he dedicado más específicamente a lo mío con labores periodísticas en dos épocas distintas en la televsión pública de mi ciudad, Villafranca de los Barros, y en los dos últimos años atendiendo llamadas de atención al cliente para Vodafone, y más tarde vendiendo para Lowi, ambas en un Call Center en Lisboa. During more than 14 years of labor experience in human resources, I have reached an out-standing specialization in the development of programs, improvement of processes and relations with the employees. We have simplified and standardized the profiles of the company, going on from more than 280 profiles to an offer of 40 profiles focused in the business, and 11 roles.
I have carried out a development of a race line plan at the multinational level with PMP, for 800 employees of the company with presence in Spain, Brazil, Chile, Peru and Ecuador, as well as its dispersion in the offices that we have in more than 5 provinces in Spain.
I have achieved some outstanding goals, such as reducing by a significant percentage the rotation of employee shifts, by applying incentive and bonus programs, or by improving the time needed for all bureaucratic paperwork, streamlining the shipping processes.
I have also achieved significant business savings by reorganizing the structures to eliminate unnecessary positions and have established new protocols that have managed to increase the quality of job interviews.
